Ladybug, fly away home by nicolas-gouny-art Ladybug, fly away home by nicolas-gouny-art
That is an illustration especially done for an exhibition about nursery rhymes.

I choose that one :

Ladybug! Ladybug!
Fly away home.
Your house is on fire.
And your children all gone.
All except one,
And that's Ann,
For she has crept under
The frying pan.

And an unusual style, for me.
I hope you enjoy it :)

a little bit scarier then what I'm used to seeing from you, but I like it! I had heard that rhyme before, but had forgotten all about it :D Great illustration to go with it

Oh, I love this crazy and wild style! And it goes well with the nursery rhyme, which is probably even more crazy. The two of them make a wonderfully dadaistic combination.

it is different that most of your work, but still clear that it's yours.
I like how you drew up this rhyme - one i've never heard and one i wonder why its told to children :-p
